THE BOXING LAB-
The BOXING LAB is an hour long skills and technique focused boxing class. FitZone’s BOXING LAB is designed to breakdown the fundamentals of the sweet science of Boxing. The BOXING LAB includes 30 minutes of skills and drills followed by 30 minutes of our BOXING BOOTCAMP, 8 rounds of boxing conditioning.
YOUTH BOXING BOOTCAMP – A one hour Youth Boxing BootCamp focused on the fundamentals. Boxing, Self Defense and Functional Strength and Conditioning.
