I love the feeling of strength training. By building lean muscle mass you not only feel strong but more confident too. For me I love the feeling of strength that working out brings. Little by little I’m increasing my resistance and slowing movements down focused more on time under tension rather than speed and endurance. Mind to muscle connection is key here.

A simple shift in your mindset. Rather than allowing your mind to wander, focus on controlling your thoughts by bringing awareness to the muscles you are working.

Workout Breakdown:

Warmup: 20 min elliptical & stretch all major muscle groups.

Complete three rounds of each superset:

Superset 1:

10-15 Leg Presses

10-15 Lateral Raises

10-15 Front Raises

X 3 Sets

10-15 Hamstring Curls

10-15 Upright Rows

X 3

10-15 Glute Kickbacks
