So, I just wanted to share a few of my go-to bodyweight exercises.

Bodyweight exercises, also known as calisthenics, are highly effective for any fitness goal. Whether you are looking to tone up, lose weight or build muscle incorporating bodyweight exercises is a MUST! Even better, getting more familiar with bodyweight exercises allows you to switch it up.  There are tons of exercises you can do with just your own body, no equipment needed.

Another great attribute of bodyweight exercises is they are a great time saver especially if you are on-the-go.

Weight Loss Tips

 

If you’re goal is to lose weight you don’t have to rush to the gym to get your workout on.  Bodyweight training can be done anywhere and on-the-go.

Workout:

Mix up these moves in a 2-5 minute round and take 30 seconds to 1 minute break between each round.

Goal: Aim for 3 to 4 rounds.

Strength Building Tips

 

Goal: If your goal is to build strength believe it or not merely using your bodyweight can boost your strength and overall muscle tone.

Workout: Break these movements down into 3-5 sets with max number of reps and take 30 seconds to 1 minute break between each set.
