Here is a quick cross training boxing circuit you can do anywhere!

 

3 Minute Rounds  | 4 Rounds | 30 sec – 1 Min Rest

30 Sec – Jump Rope

30 Sec – Shadow Boxing

30 Sec -Alt. Straight Knees (Muay Thai)

30 Sec – Dumbbell Cherry Pickers (1-5lbs)

30 Sec – Shadow Boxing

30 Sec – Boxing Flurries
