1+2 Pyramid Drill | Boxing BootCamp

This 1+2 Pyramid Drill is one of the many boxing drills we use during our 30 minute Boxing BootCamp at FitZone Labs. This simple yet effective boxing conditioning drill teaches you how to throw the two most fundamental boxing strikes- jab {1} and the cross {2}.

Our Boxing BootCamp class takes our members through a series of eight 3-minute rounds, alternating between various drills to improve your boxing skills and get in an incredible 30 minute workout!  Beginner to advanced athletes, levels are welcome.
