There is nothing better than getting fit and eating pancakes! It may sound counterproductive but with these delicious Protein Pancakes you can have the best of both worlds – palate satisfying while staying lean, fit and healthy!
Ingredients:
2 Large Eggs
½ Cup of Egg Whites
¼ Cup Quick Oats
2 Cooked Sweet Potatoes
2 Heaping Scoops Whey Protein
3/8 Cups of Cottage Cheese or Greek Yogurt
½ tsp Baking Soda
¼ Cup Almond Butter
Cinnamon to Taste 2 Packets of Stevia or Preferred Sweetener
Instructions:
1. In a high powered blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a greased pan or griddle over medium heat.
3. Let sit for 3 – 4 minutes before flipping
4. Flip carefully and let cook another 2 – 3 minutes
Flip again and let cook for 2 more minutes.
