I wanted to share my AM workout with you. A boxing workout you can do anywhere! There is no equipment needed. However, if you want an extra challenge I suggest using 1 to 3 lb hand weights.

? 20 Seconds of Each Combo/Exercise = 1 Round
?Rest 30sec – 1min Between Rounds x 4 Rounds
