Susan here with FitZone Labs. Today I’m going to show you one of my favorite boxing drills to help improve your Jab {1}.
This is a Jab Ladder Boxing drill which means you’ll be working your way up the ladder all the way to 5 total jabs. Always make sure you always remain in your boxing stance, your guard. From your boxing stance throw one single jab and bring it right back to your cheekbones, then two jabs, three and repeat the process until you land five total jabs in your dominant stance.
After you throw five jabs from your dominant stance, switch and repeat on the other side.
