Here is one round of the “Gloves Off” training program for my Box4Fitness series that is launching on Fitzone TV very soon! ??

This is just one round of the many. So, double, triple or quadruple this round for a kickass workout!

Workout:

Jog In Place + Dumbbell Arm Circles + 20

Jab+Cross+Burpee + 20

Right Knee + 10

Left Knee + 10

Right Side Lunge + 10

Left Side Lunge + 10

30 Second Flurries
