Boxing is an extremely versatile workout. You don’t need equipment but a few tools can help amp up any home-based boxing workout.
Today I wanted to talk boxing and introduce you to a few pieces of equipment that are awesome if you don’t have a boxing bag. While equipment isn’t necessary for boxing workouts incorporating additional training tools can help amp any home workout.
The Tools:
- Hand Weights: 1-3lbs for woman; 1-5lbs for men
- Workout Bands
- Jump Rope
The Workout:
- Perform 30 Seconds of Each Combo/Exercise For 4 rounds
- 30 seconds to 1 minute break between each round
