Workout Breakdown:

Warmup and cooldown for 5-10 minutes and be sure to stretch all major muscle groups during your warmup and cooldown.

Workout complete 3 rounds of the glute activation followed by 3 to 4 rounds of the circuit.

Glute Activation Exercises:

20 Tube Walks + Clam Shells (10 each side)

10-20 Glute Bridge

x 3-4 Rounds

10-12 Front Squats

10-12 Deadlifts

10-12 Split Squats

10-12 Single Leg Bridge

x 3-4 Rounds
