Renegade Row Exercise Tutorial

6

The renegade row is a great exercise to target the traps and lats in your upper back, as well as the rectus abdominus and the obliques in your core.

This exercise also helps to improve shoulder stability and shoulder and arm movements.

Here’s how to perform the Renegade Row with dumbbells:

Starting in a high push-up position with a dumbbell in hand, brace your core, then raise one dumbbell, supporting yourself with the opposite arm row the weight up to your pocket until your arm is slightly higher than your torso, then slowly lower it back down to the ground. Be sure to keep the hips square to the ground the entire time.
