Our Youth “Get Fit 2 Stay Fit” program is dedicated to helping our Youth expand their knowledge on the importance of health and fitness.
With the use of boxing, physical fitness and functional training we provide a supportive environment to develop skills that help our youth build a foundation centered around physical fitness.
We model and practice leadership development that helps our Youth combat bullying.
With the use of boxing and physical fitness our Youth Program promotes self Discipline, confidence, commitment, emotional management, Nutrition and fitness education, mindset development.
Beginning August 19th

Kids: 5-12 years
Teens: 12-18 years
