Your Meal Plan Overview

A simple effective way to eat healthy, build lean muscle and burn body fat is to eat clean and portion control your macronutrients. 

 

Macronutrients, or macros, are nutrients required in large amounts that provide the energy needed to maintain body functions.  There are three macronutrients – carbohydrates, proteins, and fats. A diet focused on portion controlling healthy marcos is different from other diets because it’s not a one-size-fits-all approach to dieting.

 

Everyone starts with a target macro ratio that is determined by their goal weight, age and goals. With a macro diet, you’re not depriving your body of food. Instead, you are fueling the body with healthy nutritious food in proper portions.
